Reservations

We're glad you've decided to join us. Simply fill out the form below and request your preferred date, the type of tour you would like to reserve, the number in your party and a means for us to contact you. One of our tour specialists will call you and confirm the date and time available for your tour and take credit card information to guarantee your tour. Your reservation request is not a confirmed booking unless you receive a tour confirmation number from one of our tour specialists. If you book online, and do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please give us a call. Advanced reservation requests with at least 2 days notice may be sent online. If you would like to book a tour within the next 48 hours, you will need to call into our office to make your reservation. Please read our cancellation policy as outlined below. If you have questions and would like speak with a tour specialist, just give us a call. Phone lines are open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Important Summer Tour and Gas Surcharge Information

In an effort to keep tour prices capped at current rate during the summer months and while fuel prices are high, we will book one tour time for each specific tour. We will add other customers into that tour slot on a first come, first served basis until that vehicle is full. If numbers warrant, we will then open a second tour. In order not to exclude any customers, other time slots may be open at an additional $10 per person surcharge. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Fine Print

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fee of 25% applies if tour is cancelled within 48 hours of departure time. Full charge will apply for day of tour cancellations and no-shows. Customer will also be responsible for total number of passengers that they have reserved for. Group tour cancellation policy will be outlined in written contract.

Prices listed are for basic tours and any options added are additional. Prices do not include tax and gratuities and are subject to change. Jeep Tours are an all weather adventure - rain or shine, however the Apache Trail Tours staff reserve the right to cancel or alter tour routes and/or itinerary if we deem them unsafe for any reasons.

Child rate applies to children 12 and under when accompanied by two paying adults.

Tours depart promply at scheduled times and if your party arrives late, you may miss the tour while still being held responsible for the total charges. A $30 fee may be also be charged to reschedule your tour.
