Butch came to the company as a well educated, retired public employee who spent much of his career teaching. He has spent over 30 years exploring the Superstition Mountains and surrounding areas that lie here in the uniquely beautiful, Sonoran desert. Butch's enthusiasm and love for the outdoors is obvious, and he has been guiding tours for over 5 years. Upon meeting his customers, he has an uncanny talent for assessing their skills, knowledge and their abilities, to assist them in planning their best possible adventure. Butch is also one of those folks who seem to carry the lucky horseshoe in his back pocket........just the person you want to be hiking with in the Superstitions!
